THANK YOU FOR PARTNERING WITH US! THESE NOTES AND TERMS MAY CHANGE FROM TIME TO TIME. CONTACT THE PUBLISHER TO ENSURE YOU UNDERSTAND ALL CURRENT TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR YOUR PROGRAMS. THE TERMS ‘WE’, ‘US, ‘OUR’, ‘PUBLISHER’, ‘EH PUBLISHING’, ‘TEAM’ AND ‘CHANNELPRO’ AND 'IOT PLAYBOOK' REFER TO EH PUBLISHING AND ITS STAFFS AND BRANDS.
Print ads Ads canceled after the posted close date of an issue will still be billed in full for that insertion.
Online Banner ads Ads canceled less than 30 days prior to the commencement of a program will still be billed for the equivalent of a 30-day program.
Email banner ads Ads canceled less than 30 days prior to the transmission date will still billed in full for that insertion.
Lead-gen programs Programs canceled less than 30 days prior to the commencement of a program will still be billed for the equivalent of a 30-day program.
Webinars Cancellation 60 days or more before the event date will still be billed at 50% of the program cost. Cancellation 59 days or less from the event date will be billed in full.

OTHER IMPORTANT INFORMATION
RATES AND GUIDELINES: Unless otherwise noted, advertiser agrees that if ad materials are not received by materials due date, materials from most recent insertion will be used. Frequency agreements are based on the number of ads billed within a contracted period. Each ad of a multiple ad program will count toward frequency. Agreements must be signed by the advertiser and the ad agency (if applicable) in advance, to receive the contract rates. Agreements cancelled by the advertiser or agency will forfeit the contract rate and be re-billed at the current earned rate. Advertiser understands that space is subject to all general and mechanical requirements set forth on the advertising rate cards. AD SPECS: All materials must be delivered to the appropriate specs for your program. Please indicate advertiser name, ad program name and campaign dates/publication dates, and deliver to the appropriate contacts. Contact the print or online ad production manager for questions. LEADGEN/COST PER CLICK PROGRAMS. We utilize a variety of tactics to collect leads for each lead-generation program (including webinars), and reserves the right to choose the best strategy based on the program scope and goals. Should the client request changes (at any time) to any part of the lead-generation process, necessary alterations in program pricing, schedules, and tactics may result. Except in cases of cancellation, lead-generation programs will continue to run until all lead commitments are fulfilled. Unless otherwise noted, programs will be invoiced in equal monthly installments. We will continue or extend any program as needed to ensure the targeted number of leads or clicks will be delivered. Lead info includes the lead's name, title, company, phone, and email unless otherwise indicated.
WEBINAR CHOICES. Hosted, Live Webinars: we will market, produce and host a live Webinar featuring guests and a slide deck provided by the advertiser. Registrant data will be delivered as leads to advertiser and the Webinar will be archived for a specific period of time. On-demand Webinars: We will market, produce and record (for on-demand viewing) a Webinar featuring guests and a slide deck provided by the advertiser. Registrant data will be delivered as leads to advertiser and the Webinar will be archived for a specific period of time. Lead-gen Only Webinars: Advertiser will provide a pre-recorded Webinar to us. We will market the event and deliver registrant data to the advertiser. EH Publishing/ IoT Playbook team will continue or extend any program as needed to ensure the targeted number of leads will be delivered.
WEBINAR PRODUCTION/PROMOTION SCHEDULE: Typically, an 8-week production/promotion period is critical to producing your event and acquiring the guaranteed number of leads for your Webinar. If required, we will continue to collect leads via the on-demand recording after the live event, until the guaranteed leads are attained. Lead info includes the lead's name, title, company, phone, and email unless otherwise indicated.
CUSTOM MEDIA SERVICES: With specific guidance from the advertiser, we will provide turnkey Custom Media services to produce an article, profile, White Paper, video, ad or other asset.
CUSTOM RESEARCH SERVICES: With specific guidance from the advertiser, we will develop and field a custom research survey. Data will be collected, analyzed and reported back to the advertiser.
